She is a very loving and kind person who cares a lot about her fans, Constantly showing them love and telling them how much she appreciates them.

She sometimes spends hours of her day on twitter talking to them. Grande has also been open with her fans about her struggle with anxiety, a topic she also addressed in the BBC interview.
